I scrapped off the sand and finished this painting recently. Last spring the wind kicked up in Tahoe Keys and knocked it onto the beach. With all the snow and rain this year, I would not be able to stand in the same location, so this is one of those historic takes on the mountain reflection and the lupine in Lake Tahoe. Oil on linen 12″ X 16″.
