Let’s take a tour through the “Stance” Exhibition at Il-Ħaġar Museum installment 2

The exhibition “Stance” was interrupted by the closure of the museum due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Let’s continue the tour – this is the second in a series of blog posts that describes one’s experience of attending the exhibition going room by room. Level 0: As you move further into the museum on level 0 there are three plein air oil paintings on the left. The first of the San Francisco “Bay Trail View” done in Northern California,” Ta’ Pinu from Ta’ Ghammar Hill” in Gharb and the third “On the Mere” in the Netherlands.

Level 0: As you move further into the museum on level 0 there are three plein air oil paintings in front of you. “Broken Windmill” overlooking Ghajnsielem, “Dwerja and the Inland Sea”, and “Prickly Pear”.

Level 0: Turn the corner and there are two oil paintings “Vineyard” painted between Xaghra and Nadur and “Farmer” painted in Xaghra.
