It took three mornings to paint this scene, as I wanted to capture the early light of the day on the Citadella, surrounding valley fields and buildings. The greening of Gozo continues. Gale storm winds over these days also limited my time outside. Needless to say, it was challenging! Oil on linen 20″ x 24″.
